Project Management is one of the world’s most in-demand skill sets as well as one of the fastest growing professional disciplines in North America. Project Management breaks down the chaos of an overwhelming workload into manageable elements – scope, time, cost, quality, human resources, communication, risk, procurement and integration.

Program Outline

Master Certificate in Project Management
Villanova University offers two programs that lead to Master Certificate in Project Management. Earning a master certificate demonstrates your commitment to increased knowledge and illustrates your career dedication to your peers and superiors.

Students can earn either a Master Certificate in Applied Project Management or a Master Certificate in IS/IT Project Management.

To earn a Master Certificate in Applied Project Management, students must complete any three Project Management courses.

To earn a Master Certificate in IS/IT Project Management, students must complete Project Management for IS/IT Professionals and two other Project Management electives.

Advanced Master Certificates
Be the authority! Once you’ve achieved either a Villanova online Master Certificate in Project Management or PMP® certification, enhance your knowledge by earning an Advanced Master Certificate in Project Management—online! Learn all the latest high-level techniques to lead and manage people and projects. You’ll gain critical knowledge in advanced topics, including project management optimization and strategy, managing people and processes, and best practices. Villanova’s Advanced Master Certificate programs are for professionals who have extensive project management knowledge. Choose from two advanced master certificates:

  • Advanced Master Certificate in IS/IT Project Management
