Contract Management

Contract Management plays a critical role in any organization. The market is increasingly becoming competitive, fast-paced and global. As technology impacts the exchange of products and services in the market, companies are challenged by the changes in the associated contracting vehicles and practices. As a result, the modern contract manager's role is constantly expanding.

Students can earn either a Master Certificate in Commercial Contract Management or a Master Certificate Government Contract Management.

Program Outline

Master Certificate Tracks in Contract Management
Villanova University offers two programs that lead to Master Certificate in Contract Management. Earning a master certificate illustrates your commitment to increased knowledge and demonstrates your career dedication to your peers and superiors.

Students can earn either a Master Certificate in Commercial Contract Management or a Master Certificate in Government Contract Management.

To earn a Master Certificate in Commercial Contract Management, students must complete the following courses: Essentials of Commercial Contract Management, Mastering Business Skills and Advanced Contract Management.

To earn a Master Certificate in Government Contract Management, students must complete the following courses: Essentials of Government Contract Management, Mastering Business Skills and Advanced Contract Management.

Contract Management Courses

Courses can be taken individually or in conjunction with a Master Certificate program. Contract Management courses are taught by Villanova online faculty and designed for both newcomers to the field and practicing professionals. Enrollment is open; there are no pre-requisites.
