The Internet classrooms of University Alliance programs are designed to give students the "digital tools" needed to enhance their educational experience. These tools include:

• Streaming audio and video lectures that allow you to attend class anytime, anywhere you have a PC
  
• View lectures as many times as you need to, or as your schedule permits
  
• Asynchronous bulletin board that allows students and faculty to interact on key topics
  
• Chat rooms that enable instructors to host virtual office hours, and allow students to collaborate real-time with faculty

Communication and Commitment
University Alliance degree programs provide a specialized learning environment not only through cutting-edge technology and advanced delivery, but also through dedication to the human side of learning and commitment to helping you succeed!

When you are accepted into a degree program, an evaluating faculty member will be assigned to you for the semester. A University Alliance Program Representative will be available for all non-academic and technical issues. Because each evaluating faculty member works with a limited number of students per course, you receive plenty of personal attention and guidance throughout the program. In fact, you'll probably find that you are interacting and participating more in your online program than you ever did in a campus-based classroom. One-to-one conversation between you, the faculty and your Program Representative is the solid foundation on which the University Alliance is built.
